CURRICULUM
This isn’t your standard executive education program, and it doesn’t deliver standard results.

QuantumShift is more of a transformational developmental experience than an academic training. At QuantumShift, entrepreneurial leaders learn from the top minds in business about how to take the next leap forward. World-class faculty from Michigan Ross, ranked in the top 3 for entrepreneurship by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur magazine for 3 years running, translate theory into business practice by leading you through structured, carefully crafted sessions focused on fundamental elements of transformational growth.

Innovative, interactive and immersive, the program mixes case studies with small-group sessions, providing critical insights, skills and hands-on experience leading rapid growth in entrepreneurial organizations.

2016 QuantumShift program highlights
Building a Growth Culture
Kim Cameron, William Russell Kelly Professor of Management and Organizations
Can forgiveness, kindness, gratitude and compassion advance your business? Cameron, one of the architects of the Competing Values Framework, will share his novel research on “organizational virtuousness.” Through his groundbreaking work in positive leadership, Cameron has helped organizations around the world maintain and grow their unique culture through periods of rapid growth. He’s consulted with top organizations including the Big 3 automobile manufacturers, General Electric, LG, Pfizer, and Whirlpool, to name a few.
Leveraging Innovation
